Hi, I’m Rachael! A mixed media illustrator based in the west midlands. My work is bright and playful, aiming to bring joy to a mundane world and encourage everyone to embrace their inner child. I love working with my hands and prefer using traditional media when I create, in particular I love collage and have recently found a passion for gouache.

I graduated with a BA degree In Illustration at Nottingham Trent University in 2025 and have since been working my way towards Illustrating full time. During this time I found my work thrives when I look at the world with childlike wonder and allow that to drive my illustrations. I'm passionate about children's books, creating art and bringing joy to the everyday. As a result a lot of my work tends to be aimed for children or at least for people who enjoy embracing their childlike wonder like me!
